A native Texan, STATEOFLIVING’s Jonathan Boettcher found his sonic inspiration and creativity out among the lazy western skies and slow living. Determined to encapsulate the moments of his youth into soundscapes, SOL emerged as an independent artist project which within only a few short years has grown to be a home for those who feel born to run. Producing sounds and feelings that are ethereal and tribal in nature, these are soundtracks for the communal way of living.
